Cable Gland LockNuts
Controlwell Polyamide Locknuts, also known as hexagonal lock nuts, cable gland locknuts, nylon
securing nuts, or enclosure fixing nuts, are designed to firmly secure
cable glands when direct mounting on enclosure walls is not feasible.
Manufactured in accordance with DIN 46320 standards, these locknuts ensure
reliable mechanical fastening and stable alignment of glands in industrial installations.
Compared to conventional metal nuts, polyamide construction offers corrosion
resistance, lightweight durability, and electrical insulation benefits.
Available in both PG and Metric threads, they are widely used in control
panels, junction boxes, machinery, and automation enclosures.

Housing: High-grade Polyamide (Nylon), corrosion resistant and lightweight
Protection Class: IP54 (dependent on overall gland assembly and installation)
Standard Cable Glands
Controlwell Standard Polyamide Cable Glands – PG Threads, also known as nylon cable glands, PG cable
entry glands, liquid-tight glands, or strain relief cable glands, are
engineered for secure cable termination in industrial enclosures. Featuring
lamellar clamping construction, they provide excellent grip, wide clamping
range, and superior strain relief compared to conventional plastic glands.
These glands are liquid-tight, easy to assemble, and manufactured in compliance
with DIN EN 62444 / 50262 standards. Available from PG7 to PG48 with clamping
ranges from 3 mm to 44 mm (including reduced clamping options), they are ideal
for control panels, junction boxes, and machinery.
Sizes: PG7 to PG48
Clamping Range: 3 mm to 44 mm (Reduced clamping versions available)
Mounting: Panel Mount with PG Thread Locking System
Housing: High-grade Polyamide (Nylon), corrosion and UV resistant
Protection Class: IP68 (Liquid-tight when properly installed)
Conduit LockNuts
Controlwell Polyamide Locknuts for Conduits, also referred to as hex lock nuts, conduit locknuts, cable
gland securing nuts, or nylon fixing nuts, are designed to fasten cable
glands and conduit fittings securely to enclosure walls where direct mounting
is not feasible. Manufactured in compliance with DIN 46320 requirements, they
ensure precise thread engagement and reliable mechanical stability. Compared to
conventional metal alternatives, polyamide locknuts provide corrosion
resistance, lightweight performance, and electrical insulation advantages.
Available in PG and Metric threads, they are widely used in control panels,
junction boxes, machinery, and industrial automation enclosures.
Sizes: PG Thread (PG7 to PG48) & Metric Thread (M12 to M63)
Mounting: Internal Thread Fixing for securing conduit glands and fittings to enclosure surfaces
Housing: High-grade Polyamide (Nylon), impact and corrosion resistant
Protection Class: IP54 (dependent on complete assembly and installation)
Metric Thread Conduit Glands
Controlwell Straight Conduit Glands – Metric Thread, also referred to as metric conduit
connectors, flexible conduit fittings, corrugated conduit adaptors, or straight
conduit terminals, are engineered to securely fasten flexible corrugated
conduits to electrical enclosures. Designed for reliable mechanical retention
and environmental sealing, these connectors provide IP67 protection against
dust and water ingress. Compared to conventional fittings, they offer enhanced
grip strength and consistent sealing performance under industrial conditions.
Available from M12 to M63, suitable for conduit sizes 7 mm to 48 mm, they are
widely used in control panels, automation systems, machinery, and cable
management installations.
Sizes: M12 to M63
Conduit Compatibility: Suitable for conduit sizes 7 mm to 48 mm
Mounting: Panel Mount with Metric Thread Locking System
Housing: High-strength Polyamide (Nylon), impact and corrosion resistant
Protection Class: IP67
Mounting Clip
Controlwell Mounting Clips, also
known as conduit support clips, cable conduit clamps, conduit fixing
brackets, or nylon conduit holders, are designed to securely support and
organize flexible conduits in industrial installations. Manufactured from
high-quality, impact-resistant polyamide, these clips provide superior
durability compared to conventional plastic supports. Their stackable design
enables efficient routing of multiple conduits while maintaining structured
cable management. Fixed securely with screws onto panels or equipment surfaces,
they ensure stable conduit positioning in machinery, control panels, automation
systems, and electrical enclosures requiring reliable mechanical support.
Sizes: Suitable for multiple conduit diameters (model dependent)
Mounting: Screw fixing on panel or equipment surface; stackable configuration
Housing / Material: High-quality impact-resistant Polyamide (Nylon)
Protection Class: IP54 (subject to installation environment)
Resistance: High impact resistance; corrosion-resistant; suitable for industrial environments
PG Thread Conduit Glands
Controlwell Straight Conduit Glands – PG Thread, also known as conduit connectors, flexible
conduit fittings, corrugated conduit glands, or PG conduit adaptors, are
designed for secure termination of flexible corrugated conduits in industrial
installations. Engineered to provide firm clamping and reliable sealing, these
connectors ensure IP67 protection against dust and water ingress. Compared to
standard fittings, they offer improved mechanical grip and consistent sealing
performance in demanding environments. Available in PG7 to PG49 for conduit
sizes 7 mm to 48 mm, they are widely used in control panels, machinery,
automation systems, and cable protection applications.
Sizes: PG7 to PG49
Conduit Compatibility: Suitable for conduit sizes 7 mm to 48 mm
Mounting: Panel Mount with PG Thread Locking System
Housing: High-strength Polyamide (Nylon), impact and corrosion resistant
Protection Class: IP67
Flexible Corrugated Conduits
Controlwell CPS Standard Polyamide Flexible Conduits, also known as nylon flexible conduits,
corrugated cable conduits, wire protection conduits, or PA6 cable sleeves,
are engineered for reliable cable protection in industrial environments.
Manufactured from self-extinguishing Polyamide 6, they are halogen-free,
lightweight, and designed with a small bending radius for easy routing.
Compared to conventional PVC conduits, they offer superior mechanical
flexibility and enhanced durability. Unslitted variants provide IP68 protection
when used with compatible conduit glands. Available in grey and black, these
conduits are widely used in machinery, automotive systems, power plants, and
automation installations.
